FAB workouts, or Bears, have two simple versions with randomised exercises. Never do the same workout twice.
Functional Bear
Skipping with random functional exercises in between. Ideal for those with limited space.
All Rounder Bear
Skipping with randomised suicide runs, ab workouts and functional exercises in between. Requires a stretch of about 20 meters.
Each Bears difficulty is graded out of 100 and has a goal time. The goal time is the time it takes to do each workout with perfect form and zero unplanned breaks.
Once youre done, you can share a summary of your Bear, laid out on a random image of nature to your social network.

3. Hit "New Workout" and choose between "Functional" or "All Rounder".
4. Hit "Start Workout".
5. Beat the goal time. If you can.
There are three levels of Fight A Bear:
